我國的新聞報紙寫錯這件事，嘲笑川普的正確貿易政策，而沒有說出事實。
USTR公布的2018 Annual Report I，說明川普的貿易政策是保護美國人民的安全，
而中共不願負擔WTO 規定的會員國義務，
所以川普決定依據1974年貿易法第301條，
向中共收取關稅與反補貼稅(Countervailing duty)。
川普收取關稅與反補貼稅，可以減少美國經常帳的支出，讓美國保持國庫盈餘，
以保護美國與盟國人民的平安。
而USTR公布的反補貼稅清單如下：

Tuesday, May 14, 2019
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (“USTR”) on May 13,
2019, released a list of $300 billion of Chinese imports that it is proposing
to be subject to 25 percent duties. The announcement follows a May 5, 2019,
statement by President Trump that all remaining imports from China not
already covered by Section 301 would soon be subject to additional duties.
美國貿易代表辦公室（“USTR”）在2019年5月13日 ，
發布一份3000億美元的中共進口產品收取25％關稅的清單。
The additional products listed in the May 13 announcement effectively cover
most of the remaining U.S. imports from China, including the following
categories:
5月13日公告中列出的其他產品涵蓋美國從中國進口的大部分剩餘產品，包括以下產品
類別：
Agricultural and food products, including meat, dairy, produce, and alcohol;
農產與食物，包含肉類，乳製品，農產，與酒精；
