Anet accidentally let the vendor sell exotic trinkets for the price of up to 5 silver. While the trinkets cannot be sold or salvaged, they can be thrown in the mystic forge and the result is an exotic trinket which can be sold on the TP/Salvaged. Do NOT buy the trinkets or use them in the MF because judging by past events you will get banned.
