根據英文原文是這樣的：

這個「INDEPENDENT Government of Taiwan」
應該不是合約上簽的名稱
而是前面所講的「public announcement about this agreement」
根據陶大記者的翻譯是：「該協議的公告」
通常合約是不會public的吧
也就是DPP想在這份公開的協議上堅持使用「INDEPENDENT Government of Taiwan」
但上海復星不接受，DPP看來也不想改個兩邊都能接受的名字
不然還需要郭去買嗎？
然後就沒有然後了
不過我倒是很好奇之後政府自己買的兒童BNT
在協議的公告上用什麼名字？
