不就吃到抗凝血劑,誰知道在哪裡吃到的
老鼠藥有抗凝血劑,心臟病的藥也有
其實Warfarin最初就是拿來滅鼠的
也有可能本身有服用抗凝血劑吧
Warfarin: Not a Friend to Rodents
Warfarin may be a life-saving drug for you, but it's a killer for rats. In
fact, warfarin was the first anticoagulant "rodenticide".
Rodenticides are pesticides that kill rodents. Warfarin was used widely as a
rodenticide, but today it's use is declining as many rodents have grown
resistant to it.
Rodents include not only rats and mice, but also squirrels, woodchucks,
chipmunks, porcupines, nutria, and beavers. As in humans, warfarin use stops
normal blood clotting in rodents. Although rodents play important roles in
nature, they can carry disease and may sometimes require control.

In 1945, Link considered using a coumarin derivative as a rodenticide.
Dicoumarol acted too slowly to be a practical poison. Link and colleagues
worked through a list of 150 variations of coumarin, and number 42 was found
to be particularly potent. The compound was named 'warfarin' after the
funding agency, and was successfully marketed in 1948 as a rodenticide.
