台灣搜救隊引起英媒《BBC》的注意，登上BBCNEWS的 IG貼文，不僅以「台灣搜救隊」登

土耳其、敘利亞交界地區6日清晨發生7.8規模強震，目前兩國統計已有7800人罹難，災情
慘重，各國紛紛伸出援手，而台灣特種搜救隊也立即派出130人前往救援。此舉引起英媒
《BBC》的注意，登上BBCNEWS的 IG貼文，不僅以「台灣搜救隊」登上封面，更以「國家
」稱呼台灣。
土耳其地震發生後，消防署編列130名特搜員組成台灣搜救隊分批前往救援。首先第一梯
次派出40名先遣隊員及3隻搜救犬，於昨日下午抵達土耳其。第二梯次台灣搜救隊配合當
地救援情形，90名搜救人員則攜帶2隻搜救犬、超過6公噸的救難裝備、生命探測儀，已於
昨日晚間出發。
此外，台灣更捐贈土耳其政府200萬美元賑災援款，進一步幫助土國政府安置災民，讓災
區民眾可以儘速恢復日常生活。
除了台灣，南韓、美國、英國也都派出搜救隊前往土耳其救災，因此《BBC》對各國搜救
隊也做了系列報導，而台灣隊驚喜登上《BBC》的社群Instagram貼文封面，搜救隊舉著台
灣國旗成為封面，而貼文中又放了張台灣救難隊員的特寫背影。7張圖片中的搜救隊皆來
自不同國家，僅台灣佔了2張版面。
另外，在一篇《BBC》的報導中則寫道，土耳其強震許多國家都伸出援手幫助，雖然當地
雨天和降雪讓救援難度增加，但各國搜救隊仍在前往幫助的路上，包括義大利、以色列、
台灣等國家。《BBC》再次在文中以「國家」稱呼台灣，登上國際台面。

An international aid effort is being stepped up in southern Turkey and
northern Syria following a huge earthquake that has killed more than 4,800
people.
Rescuers are racing to save people trapped beneath the rubble after thousands
of buildings collapsed in both countries.
Turkey's emergency agency AFAD says more than 2,600 personnel from 65
countries have been sent to the disaster area to assist Turkish rescuers.
Countries including the UK, US and South Korea are sending aid after Turkey
issued an international appeal for help.
Paul Taylor, from humanitarian charity React, is among those flying out to
help.
He said: "We will be focused on an assessment and then trying to identify
what are the needs of the affected population, and then helping them.
