都2年了還是只會拿薈萃分析的結果出來說嘴
薈萃分析只是用來起頭的
看到可能有影喔，然後設計嚴謹的RCT試驗去證明
臨床試驗不是量多就好
重點是品質、設計跟人數
未證實有效之前，就該視為沒有效(不是無效呦)
有大型RCT試驗證實有效時，再說有效好嗎？
放心，還有幾個RCT進行中，還是有翻盤的可能
