這只解決了表面問題而已,但更深的問題還是無解,甚至有可能產生更多問題
好,你說未來世代將終生沒有機會合法買菸
那他不會請可以合法買菸的人幫他買不就好了?
了不起他不要在外面抽,在家裡抽,請問這要怎麼抓?難不成紐西蘭警方要為了這個戒嚴
嗎?
再來,未來世代終生不能買菸,但旁邊卻有可以合法買菸的人,這會導致想嘗試抽煙的人
會不平衡覺得「憑什麼為什麼我不能合法買菸,年紀大我很多的人就可以?」
未來世代的人就會誕生所謂的地下私菸,跟毒品一樣的在交易
所以問題真的解決了嗎?沒有。
大家看到是先進國家推的政策就高潮了
先進國家也是會有天真的政策好嗎
