2758 (XXVI). Restoraion of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China
in the United Nations
The General Assembly,
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
Considering that the restoration of the lawful rights of the People's
Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the
United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the
Charter,
Recognizing that the erpresentatives of the Government of the People's
Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United
Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five permanent
members of the Security Council,
Decide to resotre all its rights to the People's Republic of China and to
Recognize the representatives of its Givernment as the only legitmate
representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expelforthwith the
representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy
at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

2758 (二十六)。恢復中華人民共和國在聯合國的合法權利
大會，
回顧《聯合國憲章》的原則，
考慮到恢復中華人民共和國的合法權利對於保護聯合國憲章和聯合國必須根據憲章服務
的事業都是必不可少的，
認識到中華人民共和國政府的代表是中國在聯合國的唯一合法代表，中華人民共和國是
安全理事會五個常任理事國之一，
決定將其一切權利歸還中華人民共和國，承認其代表為中國在聯合國的唯一合法代表，
並立即將蔣介石代表驅逐出他們非法佔領的地方在聯合國以及與它有關的所有組織。

1971 年 10 月 25 日。
點評：
一、聯合國承認中共是中國唯一合法代表。
所以如果只根據2758號決議，台灣如果公投和修憲自己不是中國的一部分，本決議對
台灣無效。但至少，台灣人不要再覺得自己是中國人，不然根據聯合國決議，你就是
中共人。
二、立即將蔣介石代表驅逐出他們非法佔領的地方在聯合國以及與它有關的所有組織。
驅逐了蔣介石代表，蔣介石都死了多久，變成福馬林的飄浮棺材。所以聯合國是驅逐
了蔣介石代表、講更超過一點是驅逐了國民黨代表，但離驅逐了台灣地區代表是有落
差的。所以如果連台灣人也驅逐了蔣介石代表，那決議案對台灣的影響就等同沒有。
結論：
中共如果要把2758號決議案綁在台灣人身上必趨做到兩件事情。
1. 讓台灣人認為自己是中國人。
2. 不要讓蔣介石代表(國民黨)被台灣淘汰。
