[問卦] 普通蛋糕店其實生意不好做ㄅ?

蛋糕跟麵包通常都在同一間店販售,即使到了現代,那種塗抹超厚一層ㄉ鮮奶油ㄉ
傳統蛋糕依然沒絕跡。就算是以麵包為主ㄉ小店或路邊攤,也會推出那種口感介於
發糕跟麵包之間ㄉ麵包蛋糕來賣。所以說,這些小店其實很難做吧?好像很少看到
一天之內能賣出5個蛋糕ㄉ店ㄌ,一個完整的出爐做好空放兩天沒人買,改切12小塊
賣ㄉ倒是不少。為什麼會這樣啊?有卦不??
