於27日召開專家會議審查後，今（29）日獲得衛福部有條件核准第二期臨床試驗執行，於
1月底前將收納第一位受試者，目標於一個月內完成至少3,000位受試者收案並施打第一劑
，力拚於6月中提交二期臨床試驗報告向食藥署提出緊急使用授權（EUA）申請，於7月開
始供應疫苗，以因應國內外防疫需求。
聯亞表示，UB-612疫苗第二期臨床試驗將採多中心、安慰劑對照、隨機分派、觀察者盲性
設計，以進一步探討UB-612疫苗之免疫原性、安全性及耐受性。總收案人數3,850位，包
括青少年（12至18歲）、成年（19至64歲）及老年（65歲以上）三個年齡層族群。其中，
疫苗組與對照組之人數比例為6:1。
聯亞指出，此二期臨床試驗由中國醫藥大學附設醫院副院長黃高彬擔任計畫總主持人，於
中國醫藥大學附設醫院、三軍總醫院、台北榮民總醫院、台北醫學大學附設醫院、亞東紀
