很多人被前幾天大陸疫苗專家陶黎納反諷大陸國藥集團的疫苗說明書過分渲染副作用的新
聞給誤導了。
陶黎納的本意是說疫苗說明書把一些無關緊要的副作用寫在上面，例如高血壓，會讓外界
認為這款疫苗是世界上最不安全的，應該修改說明書。結果他反諷用力過猛，讓很多人誤
解。他已經出來澄清了。

1月5日，他以反諷的口吻寫了一篇題為《國藥的滅活COVID-19疫苗恐成為全球最不安全的
疫苗》的文章，認為國藥集團在疫苗說明書中列舉了73種不良反應，其數量"前無古人後
無來者一騎絕塵"。他在文章中舉例說，說明書將高血壓也列入了疫苗不良反應，但是實
際上在臨床試驗中，疫苗組和安慰劑組都有高血壓癥狀，"兩組的發生率在統計學上沒有
差異，也就是說高血壓並非疫苗所致，說明書裏本來沒必要把高血壓寫進去的。"陶黎納
認為，國藥集團白紙黑字將高血壓等癥狀也寫入說明書，"真是一個巨大的黑色幽默"。
隨後，這位疫苗專家還反諷地表示，接種了疫苗的民眾可以依法向政府就73種不良反應中
的一種提出追償，包括哮喘、胃炎、視力減退、味覺障礙等，"薅政府的羊毛，誰不願意
呢"。文末他還揶揄疫苗說明書"不講科學，但可維穩"。
不過，陶黎納的這篇文章被香港《明報》部分引用後，他"吐槽"疫苗說明書的原意就在層
層轉載中被逐漸曲解為了"中國疫苗專家稱國藥疫苗為世上最不安全、不良反應多達73種"
，由此引發了爭議。在眾多中國社交平臺上，陶黎納的反諷原文也被刪除，僅"中國網"等
少數網站上依然保留了轉載。
反諷言論在境內外引發爭議後，1月7日，陶黎納在微博上連續發貼就兩天前的反諷文章進
行澄清，承認自己"反諷用力過猛騙過大多數人"。他強調，原文的諷刺對象是疫苗說明書
，"結果被境外媒體歪曲利用。在此，我為自己不謹慎的行為向廣大網友和全國人民道歉
，並對境外媒體這種惡毒做法表示鄙視。"他特別強調，已經接種了國藥集團的第一劑疫
苗，幾天後即將去接種第2劑，迄今"沒有任何不適，連預期的局部酸痛都沒有。"陶黎納
還認為，"中國的滅活疫苗在安全性和冷鏈適應性上，相比外國的mRNA疫苗有明顯優勢，
不良反應率低一個數量級。"
