1 正名組織
2 中華奧會

4 日本主辦方
因為公投過了
所以中華奧會就要送改名為台灣的要求
奧會目前看起來就是不會同意
你們要投票自爽你家的事
然後往例也有主辦國跟奧會意見相左
國際奧會最後屈就主辦國的往例
重點就是日本願不願意站在正名這邊
如果日本也不支持
就只有棄權跟繼續用中國台北兩個選項
