（英語：Lisa Lu，1927年1月19日－），
原名盧萍香、盧燕香、盧燕卿，
美籍華人，
是一位活躍於中國大陸、香港、台灣和美國的演員及製片人，
曾三次獲得金馬獎。
她還擅長表演京劇和崑曲，
其突出的藝術造詣使她獲得了聯合國國際和平藝術獎
（UN International Culture of Peace Award），
她還曾被Chinese Daily News (World Journal)選為
「北美地區百大傑出華人（The 100 Most Outstanding Chinese in North America）」，
盧燕的代表作包括：電影《喜福會》（The Joy Luck Club）、
《末代皇帝》（The Last Emperor）、《魔種》（Demon Seed）、
《山路》（ The Mountain Road）以及《聖徒傑克》（One Eyed Jacks）；
電視劇NYPD Blue、 Noble House、Hiroshima: Outo f the Ashes；
舞臺戲劇《喜福會》（The Joy Luck Club）、《花鼓歌》（Flower Drum Song）、
《女勇士》（The Woman Warrior）
和《八月茶室》（Teahouse of the August Moon）等。
其中，她曾在舞臺劇《喜福會》（The Joy Luck Club）的多個版本中扮演母親。
