now i have learned that taiwan is going one step further.
Secret CIA reports say the country is attempting to reprocess some of that
nuclear residue.
the reason：to produce weapons grade material for nuclear weapons.
1982年台灣的核電廠應該是核一跟核二
所以說台灣除了曾進口核武原料外，也曾試著用核廢料提煉鈽，
難怪台美核能協議會有不准有核爆炸這項。
