本協會是非營利組織，成員是業者無誤，請問這樣的問題是?
未來我們要籌組電子煙商業同業公會，協會是現實中目前能成立的法人單位。
不然我們是直接想成立電子煙商業同業公會無誤。
E大，經過這一堆的討論，我了解您的意思。
電子煙台灣目前只探討到電子煙油成分，其中媒體扯到尼古丁。
所以是由藥事法管理 負責單位是衛福部食藥署。
但電子煙主機，過往國健署從來沒有關心(因為跟它們專業已經差太遠)
所以我主動請示衛福部與標檢局，得到答案是，主管機關沒有指示。
所以 電子煙主機到底要怎麼管理，英國是列為一般3C品，台灣要怎麼管。
自然有許多討論空間，就像E大您提到的 醫材 呼吸給藥器，都是可以討論怎麼做對台灣最好。
有這麼多討論其實本會很開心，因為本會很痛心的是，主管機關 衛福部 國健署
根本就不想處理
討論??都只是我在打擾他們。
所以很抱歉上來PTT爭取曝光機會以及跟 鄉民溝通何為電子煙。
昨日我打到行政院及立法院，
行政院說：菸害防制法修正草案已經結案，只剩流程再跑，流程跑過了，就送立法院。
立法院說：等到收到行政院的版本，便會請相關委員會開會討論。
我們只希望這一切不會是 衛福部版本的"勞基法修正草案"。
電子煙有電子煙的族群與支持者，且使用人口逐漸增加，目前粗估全台已經來到約20萬人。
支持與反對，真相總是越辯越明，期待在立法院公聽會見面，謝謝大家!
