Branch that received funds remitted by Mega-New York and its reported
beneficial owner have been the subject of significant adverse comment in media.
Among other things, the beneficial owner apparently has been linked to
violations of U.S. law concerning the transfer of technology .
Despite mumerous requests by DFS, Mega International has failed to provide any
meaningful explanation of its due diligence regarding this customer's account
