: But he was banned for life from Taiwanese baseball by Taiwan's Chinese
: Professional Baseball League (CPBL) the next year after being implicated in
: game-fixing during the 2009 season.

: Although the CPBL continues to ban Tsao, Chinese Taipei Baseball Association
: chairman Liao Cheng-Ching said he intends to recruit Tsao to play for
: Taiwan's national team in the inaugural 2015 World Baseball Softball
