: 在台灣忙選舉的時候，越南針對6月8日中國藉西沙問題照會聯合國，

: 根據「開羅宣言」要在適當時候要收復西沙、台灣和澎湖的文件，

: 文中竟承認「開羅公報」the Cairo Communique 歸還滿洲、台灣、澎湖，

: of U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston
: Churchill and Republic of China President Chiang Kai-shek, adopted the Cairo
: Communiquéaimed at eliminating Japanese administration over all Asia-Pacific
: islands seized by Japan since the First World War in 1914 and returning to
: China Chinese territories under Japanese occupation, including Manju, Taiwan
