很多考生都會疑惑比較後項補出助動詞時，到底能不能倒裝？
在此做進一步的討論分析。
以下列出所有官方SC有用到比較後項助動詞倒裝的正確句子：

Because the Earth's crust is more solid there and thus better
able to transmit shock waves, an earthquake in the eastern United States
will typically devastate an area 100 times greater [than will a quake of
comparable magnitude occurring in the West.]

你可以發現一件事：比較後項的助動詞其實是可以倒裝的！
同時，經由這樣的歸納下，我們可以發現，這些比較後項倒裝之後的句子
[ ] 的地方都位於文中的結尾，後面不會再有任何修飾成分，避免產生修飾歧異。
這裡也要提醒大家：
在研究一個自己所不了解的點時，請打開「正確句子集合」用全文搜尋，
就知道這個點有沒有在GMAT的寫法出現過，有出現過的句子又有什麼特色，
來做縱向的歸納跟整理，文法大都有其背後的道理，
像以上的流程自己歸納、自己想通比較重要。
