大家好最近在苦讀新聞英文，閱讀中碰到了些問題

這是擷取某一段英文新聞

to ease, as the storm moves down-island towards Kaohsiung, although they
say another dust storm could be on the way come Wednesday.
問題1.
其實不只這篇發現很多篇的新聞英文的 副詞子句連接詞
位置放句中但是他都有加逗點 像文中的as，although 那邊
(以前學的不是從屬連接詞放中間不用逗點嗎?還是因為文中通常有大量的補述
避免搞混所以用逗點隔開?)
問題2.
最後一段 dust storm could be on the way come Wednesday.
on the way 是省略掉to 嗎? 可以省略?? 囧
有點拘泥於文法不好意但是還是想搞懂 XD 謝謝!
