5th day of Chinese New Year is the day when office starts to operate, this year, however won’t start till tomorrow due to one day of CNY was on the weekend.
Rody is celebrating it’s 30th b-day in Huashan. Before heading to check out what this horse or pony is, we went to fill our stomachs in a coffee shop in Huashan.
We sat at the bar and had a light lunch in selecting salami pasta and saffron paella.
One good thing and always fun about sitting in the bar is looking what the bartenders are doing, there, we realize their booze are relatively low prices. We looked around to see if the wine and sprits are nice ones, and decided to head back, IF, which turn out as a MUST when we finished Rody, with girls drink to celebrate the start of the year. We had a Lychee Cooler and Cosmopolitan, both turn out very well, and have this place on our list for next chit chat. They have good portion food as well!
Trio have brunch, afternoon tea, dinner, coffee, ice cream, and cocktail. Too bad they don’t have dessert which my sweet tooth was in search for the moment. They change their menu every now and then according to the season. A great place to spent with friends.
Love this chilling day in Huashan with great food and good company.

大年初五，開工日。
來到華山看我很不解的草泥馬還是小馬的Rody展之前，找了一間在華山的咖啡館填飽肚子。
我們坐在吧台享受輕食午餐義式salami義大利麵與番紅花海鮮飯。
很多人不喜歡坐在吧台，但我超喜歡坐在吧台東看西看，欣賞bartender與服務生準備餐點及製作飲料的過程，看著看著一杯杯的酒被調出去，發現他們的酒還不錯，往酒單一看，也太便宜了吧。於似乎決定等一下看完Rody如果還有時間一定要來一杯，不、不、不—是一定要來一杯！
我們點了荔枝酷樂和柯夢波丹，超-好-喝-! 已被我們列為女孩聚會名單上的咖啡館了。 忘了說，他們的餐點美味又分量剛好。
Trio café 三重奏有提供早午餐、下午茶、晚餐、咖啡、冰淇淋、調酒，唯一可惜的是沒有甜點，這讓尋找甜點的我可難耐了。
Trio café 三重奏每隔一陣子會因季節與食材換菜單，是一處與朋友聚會的好地方。
在新年假期的最後一天與好朋友在華山享受整個下午，為新的一年好開始打頭陣。
