al Market Sales Support
Main Responsibilities
1. Preparing dealing documents (indicative termsheet, etc) under tight ti
meline to facilitate transaction at client’s request.
2. Post-trade management, including inputting trades in system, facilitat
ing communication across different internal functions.
3. Support senior sales on translating research articles, preparing pitch
book to facilitate marketing activities.
4. Preparing regulatory reporting data and liaise with middle office on r
elevant regulatory reporting.
5. Support KYC review, acting as a contact point between clients and inte
rnal relevant teams, collecting necessary documents from clients and helping t
o revert inquiries from internal parties (including client service team, Compl
iance, etc).
Required Skills
1. Being detail-oriented is a MUST.
2. A good team player, responsible and able to work under pressure.
3. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business, Finance, Quantitative Finan
ce, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines
4. Basic understanding of banking activities. Fresh graduate students wit
hout prior working experience with trust/securities specialist license is welc
ome.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
6. Proficient in MS office (Word, Power Point and Excel).
Basic monthly salary starts from NTD 45K. Actual salary will be discussed base
