【Morgan Stanley Contract-Based Assistant】
Morgan Stanley Taiwan is looking for a Contract-Based assistant who can start
in mid-July 2018.
The key responsibilities are as below and the suitable candidate should be det
ailed oriented, patient and cooperative.
Key Responsibilities includes:
- Maintenance of data for daily reporting
- Supporting Cash Equity / Equity Derivatives business with both Sales / tradi
ng.
- Prepare trade documents.
- Streamline internal procedure for any post sales reporting matter
- Coordination with sales / trading/ risk/ legal and compliance as well as off
shore operation teams for product arrangement / Issuer info update
- Ad hoc back end reporting projects
- Proficiency in English and basic excel skill is required
