想請問在荷蘭買的lebara的3G(網速)網卡
到了德國無法使用是什麼原因
剛到德國他有傳一封簡訊如下：

可是我開了漫遊，3G有跳出來，不過還是無法使用，請問是哪裡沒有設定對嗎？
