以sixt租車公司來看
你在不同國家租車有不同的限制.
sixt基本上在歐洲分三區限制租車,如下:
Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finnland, France, Germany,
Gibraltar, Great Britian, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco,
Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and
Vatican
Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic*, Estonia, Hungary*, Latvia, Lithuania,
Poland*, Slovakia* and Slovenia*
Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.
The car brands Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volkswagen are
allowed to enter only in Zone 1 countries, or up to and including the
vehicles of sizes LD**/LW** (except PF**/PT**) in *marked countries of the
zone 2.
反正好車就是只能進1區 最爛的車也只能進2區。
所有的車都不能進三區(三區就是不包含在1區跟2區的國家)。
你的國家有三個 羅馬尼亞、保加利亞、塞爾維亞 都屬於第三區。
因此你不能在奧地利租車開往這些國家。
其實我不建議在奧地利租車,因為奧地利租車要付道路稅,算天的!
然後跨境有星號的國家還要付跨境費! 貴到靠北!
接下來可以往鄰近國家找sixt的公司來比較
斯洛伐克
跨境允許的國家而且不收跨境費!(可惜羅馬尼亞、保加利亞、塞爾維亞沒有在裡面)
Cross Border Rentals are allowed to the following countries:

France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein,

接下來再往匈牙利找。
恭喜你可以開去羅馬尼亞跟塞爾維亞了! 可是保加利亞還是沒發現!
而且只能開這三種車種(MCMR, ECMR, CDMR)
簡單說就是比較便宜的車種。 而且還要買全險,以及付44.5歐元的租金(一次性)
Cross Border Rentals are allowed to the following countries: Andorra,

Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco,
Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania (MCMR, ECMR, CDMR), San
Marino, Serbia (MCMR, ECMR, CDMR), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and
Switzerland.
Travelling to Romania and Serbia is only possible with the car groups MCMR,
ECMR, CDMR and exclusively after the purchase of Collision Damage Waiver and
Theft Protection as well as paying an extra fee of 44.45 EUR per rental.
In case of offence against Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions all
protections lose their validity.

For entering above mentioned countries a Cross Border Fee applies (8.00
EUR/day, with a max. 3day charge of 24.00 EUR).
For car groups FDAR,FFAR,XFAR,PDAR,FVAR an additional branch permisson is
needed.
就看你要不要去克羅埃西亞租車了。
我覺得捨棄維也納直飛克羅埃西亞其實是很不錯的選擇。
你的路線就可以排成
克羅埃西亞->蒙特內哥羅->塞爾維亞->保加利亞->羅馬尼亞->匈牙利->克羅埃西亞。
