For the purpose of securing victory, Mr. Ku intentionally
invited criminals to join his party and run as candidates
in local elections. This pernicious action could seriously
undermine the common values of society.
Mr. Ku uses his wide influence on the internet, especially
among young people, to try to manipulate the consensus
that criminals should not be involved in elections at any level.
