We strongly believe that before Blissers explore the world at home or abroad, we need to be equipped with the regional rooted understanding and confidence which can be only achieved via experiencing the regional architecture, people, environment and culture on the spot!
Therefore, we invite Techun Chen (陳德君) as a Docent, who is a well-known Wanhua Community (Urban)Planner, in the field for eighteen years, dedicated in rising up Wanhua Community self- awareness and confidence via diversified touring and experiencing activities to fusion its past and promising future!
