At the present I am working for a foreign 5-star hotel
as an operator, but I resign in order to find the next better job
with the excuse of looking for a career in the Southern Taiwan.
However I regret the resignation and I am really not able to stand
to lose a good job with the salary more than NT$30,000 as my present
position.
If I go to see the director of our department and express my pity
on resignation, what would be the cause of returning back to the job?
How could I regret for a resignation since it is approved and gone
through the procedures of the general manager and the human resoruces
department?
Maybe the best way to solve this problem is to find another job from
now on?
Besides, I have a dream to work for the design industry,
but I don't have any start-experiences, not mention to find the design job.
How may I have any suggestions for the next steps?
