一直被時態困擾，有時覺得應該是過去式卻是現在式，有時相反。
這漫畫裡：First he warms our bowl, now he's feeding us. 前半句加溫魚缸是前不久做的事，原本以為應該講 First he warmed our bowl，實際卻是現在式。
最後一句 and you thought he was unfriendly. 我以前會想成and you think he is... 因為中文語境是現在式。
請問針對現在、過去式，有完整的文法解釋、釋疑資料嗎？ 以前念過的文法書都講得不完整。
類似狀況是剛看完一部好看的電影，英文講 the movie was great. 但中文語境是現在式, 造成一開始會以為是 the movie is great，但英文卻是過去式。
