我直覺的翻譯是：
在星期天，這家人收到了他不想聽到的消息。
雖然了解他要表達的意思，仔細分析一下文法，這句後面的子句
"it never wanted to hear"
卻跟我以前的認知有點矛盾
我的直覺是，這句的完整寫法是
... the news which the family never wanted to hear.
但是
1. 那個 wanted 的主詞不見了
2. 那個 it 代表的是什麼
（看起來應該是 hear 的受詞，但放在 wanted 前面主詞的位子）
