因醫師懷疑我有小纖維神經病變
主要症狀：雙腳掌不時會發麻、走路時腳底偶爾會刺痛、大腿前側莫名刺痛
電生理學檢查都正常，MRI 沒發現明顯結構問題，腦部 MRI 也正常
前陣子有去醫院做了皮膚切片，報告出來了，好像跟血管問題有關？
想詢問一下報告內容，謝謝
Skinsite not specifiedbiopsyvasculopathy (see description) The specimen
submitted consists of one piece of skin measuring 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm in size
fixed in formalin. Grossly it is white and elastic. All for section. Jar 0
Microscopically it shows wall thickening of small sized arterioles in the
dermis. No nerve fibers are discernible. Perivascular inflammatory
infiltration is minimal which are CD3 positive T cells and scattered CD68
positive macrophages with no evident CD20 positive B cells.The
masson-trichrome stain doesn’t reveal evident red blood cell extravasation
.The Congo-red is negative.The whole features suggest vasculopathy in nature.
