早餐: 1/4 avocado + 2 slice of toast + long black
午餐: lots of veggies + beans + oats
晚餐: lots of veggies + 2 bananas + 3 mandarins + 1 kiwi
運動: 1.5 hr
喝水量: 1500 cc
今天的心情:
I want to lose fat !!
