早餐: 3 pieces of raisin toasts + long black + fish oil
午餐: green veggies + capsicum+ chicken breast + oats
晚餐: 2 apples + few biscuits + some nuts
運動: no
喝水量: 1500
今天的心情: ok. Period. 3 days break without gym session
