下午參加家容主持的台北教室菁英會，欣賞了許大哥以口琴吹奏「一心向前飛」的旋律，
另有一番風味，非常好聽。「心弦」和「等你」也讓以媛在唱頌之餘滿足了當年退休後無
法參加「業餘合唱團」練唱高歌的期望。在「超級生命密碼系統」修習的好處之一，就是
有好多美妙又充滿正能量的歌曲，旋律各有特色且曲曲好聽，歌詞寯詠智慧，跟著大家高
聲齊唱，可以鍛鍊氣血循環系統，抒發感情，獲得慰藉，進而啟迪人生智慧，真是最好的
接引眾人的法門。

則的事實，「因果律」應該是最為關鍵而影響深遠的法則，因為因果最大。當內心想要設
定某個目標或擁有怎樣的結果，並非僅由積極觀想和營造就能有效吸引相關人事物，而能
得遂期待。如果在生命歷程中有諸多業力導致對別人的冤欠，勢必須要償還並取得冤親債
主的和解，圓滿當初因為無知、無明造成的惡業事件。太陽盛德導師在書中說得很清楚，
只有在沒有前債包袱，不被負能量障住的狀況下，吸引力定律才能在積極運作中發揮效力
。因此，說到底，人想要有幸福圓滿的生活，就得先落實修持自身的做人處事及待人接物
的素養，去除習氣、五毒及我執，清償前債，不造後債，做滿做足「懺悔與發願」「清」
的功夫。此時輔以「愛與感恩」的「幸福工場能量製造機」，為自己奠定幸福的基礎，再
加上「太陽心法」，從太陽公公的能量源頭獲得源源不絕宇宙天地的愛和正氣能量，形成
了「清調補」的循環。這是超碼系統簡單明瞭、直接了當的「基本潛修步驟一二三」，凡
實修者接受益。
導讀《因為有太陽》的「去偽反真 修行修心修智慧 」，其中一段話讓以媛非常警惕：
「...要清楚知道落實最重要，當天落實才有當天的成就，有當天成就才有未來的成就；
若當天沒有獲得成就，就不要奢望未來會獲得成就，這就是超碼系統與眾不同之處。….
」的確如導師所說，沒有「真修行」不可能得成就。是否為「真」?只有自己捫心自問時
知道是否投入全心的「要」，去臣服於導師、天地、負能量，去革除習氣和我執，去排除
萬難地做足「每日功課」，去老老實實每天重複實修、實練、實證?這樣講來，以媛離「
真」還很遠，除了有一顆真心，在「真做」上還有很大的距離。該如何做，已經很清楚了

10/11「每日感恩小記」第32輪18日
1. 感恩今天遵行了一早起床立刻做1+3心法，7:00左右就完成了早課，還能趕工老闆
要的一份文件，上線8:00時段的「晨讀會」。在去板橋練習太極拳時，抱著輕鬆踏實的心
情出門，一路上練習著「微笑」，並揣摩著雪琴同學「真善美的微笑」其中的意境。感覺
真好。
