因為平日久坐導致臀部及髖骨部位經常痠麻，在書桌前工作會不時以坐姿和跪姿更換。昨
天在辦公室更換坐姿時，椅子突然滑倒翻覆後仰，以媛頸椎受到撞擊，被同仁扶起來後感
覺頸部僵硬、兩臂麻木。感恩同事Mia替以媛在後頸噴了一些舒緩噴劑，一段時間後稍微
緩解麻感。以媛當下即刻懺悔有甚麼不週到之處，致使負能量對以媛有所警示，更加注意
自己的起心動念和言行舉止。同時也觀想太陽公公的金光照射在頸椎、肩膀、手臂部位，
和可能造成的肌肉拉扯或頸椎壓力取得平衡；也祈求太陽公公給以媛足夠的正能量，穩定
思緒面對老闆在下午的各種要求及對工作上的指正，直到下班時都能保持淡定平穩的心情
，顯示守心和正能量是相輔相成的。
昨天的經歷和今晚的小群共振主題「守心、守口、守能量」非常契合。玫嫣分享了美國
Amy會長對於女兒開車出去回來後車子受到一些損傷的處理方式，由原來可能爆發的指責
，到後來轉念以和緩的態度，守口閉嘴，化解可能的衝突，這是「守住能量，守住心」使
境由心轉的表現。玫嫣則以自己在學校的例子顯示沒有守心、守能量的反向結果，警惕大
家秒秒GPS的重要性。也如分享時所說：心是吉凶禍福的製造工廠，秒秒間自我要求，守
住心念不被負面牽引。超碼系統的同學們都知道，能守住能量，就能守心和守口；能量守
好了，身口意也會容易守住。能量能否維持正向，仍然決定於心的運作。講到底，彼此之
間都是因果相依的。
文財非常誠實地反觀自照為何在共修課上和課後在家，會有兩種不同的心念及行為表現?
文財發覺上課是以心靈上課，下課就用腦袋在上紅塵課，用意識的分別心處理生活中的各
種課題，就有「我」的意識參雜，而使事情變得複雜，讓生活大小衝突不斷。文財也承認
，心若沒有完全臣服於天地和導師，沒有把心全然交給天地，就無法完全放下恐懼、抱怨
。這是文財的自省，也提醒以媛臣服的重要性。

1. 今天早上練習太極拳時，比平日更認真打「五禽」與「太極三七式」，可能因為全
身氣血循環，牽動脊椎拉伸，明顯感覺到頸部逐漸舒緩，證明身體可以有方法自我療癒，
內心感恩。
2. 女婿前些時候升任科長，感恩他今天請家人吃飯。大家為他祝福，同時也補過父親
節。
