今天是最近兩週以來難得可以在週二不必到辦公室的「超碼日」，雖然仍究花許多時間處
理公司事務，至少可以在下午出門分享結緣書，彌補上週完全落掉的每週發書數量。每天
寫上「待完成」事情清單，今天也不例外地洋洋灑灑列出9件，目前完成8件，包含去看中
醫。在艷陽高照下在街上發書，去到中醫診所給醫生把脈，醫生很「欣慰地」說：不錯喔
，脈象很好，不像第一次來看時「心氣」顯得非常躁，一方面思慮過重，一方面心臟過勞
，這幾週下來有顯著改善，但仍要注意不要超過12點就寢，否則即使睡眠時間不算太短
(5~6小時)，但睡得太晚12:30以後，仍然傷肝，….
這是每次看診時醫生說的話，以媛心裏明白就寢時間仍然經常超過凌晨12:30，如同去除
習氣一般，無法一步到位並且始終維持12:00以前就寢。這些紅塵修行的挑戰一在考驗以
媛時間管理及慣性、習氣、執念、五毒等等內功實修的火候。值得安慰的是，現在無論如
何大的壓力，以媛的「心」似乎能維持穩定，沒有甚麼上下起伏，盡力而為後順逆交給天
，沒有「得失心」後很容易放下，往氣定神閑之路邁進。
07/01太陽靈驗運法」第30輪12日
1. 及時回家倒垃圾室其中一個工作項目，幸好能趕在6:25pm以前完成所有的準備工作
，清理了家中一堆塑膠袋及紙袋，那是先生捨不得丟的收集。感恩有機會在每次先生出國
時作一些「斷捨離」的整理。
2. 出門分享結緣書前先向太陽公公稟告，期望給予最佳祝福。結果在艷陽高照下，非
常順利完成每週數量，還加上加碼的數量，比平日更快地分享完成，帶著感恩心去看中醫
，還得到醫生的讚許，感恩太陽公公給力。
