對於今晚在台北教室菁英會導讀的《超級生活密碼》章節非常有感，談到每個人心中的「
一把尺」，究竟是向外看，總是評量別人的是是非非?或者是向內看，衡量自己的起心動
念、言行舉止是否合於規範?以媛發覺人多半好逸惡勞，捨不得苛求自己努力奮發，外求
比較快；或者縱容自己隨心所欲，悠悠度日。當有任何好處和利益時，又以一把尺對別人
品頭論足，似乎無一是處。這把人生之尺若用在自己身上，幾乎生活中360度各個角度都
有機會在衡量後發覺缺失而於以糾正。它也會隨時監督身口意，避免造惡業，而讓自己過
得合情、合理、合規，動靜自如，自然守住正能量。對以媛而言，這把生活的「尺」最要
看管的是「慣性」。慣性最常顯露在運用時間的方式，總是想將手上事情告一段落，結果
吃掉啟動下一件事情的時間，要嘛加快追趕，要嘛遲到。
這把尺用在修行，就成為戒律。宗教或身心靈修持以「戒律」要求信眾遵守規範，符合道
德，有助於覺察起心動念和言行舉止是否合於天地真理，經過調頻後得以和天地共振，逐
步超脫靈命輪迴束縛。但若沒有想通，往往視戒律為壓抑，人前行禮如儀符合教規；人後
放鬆、縱容變成另一個人，性格大變。人如果明理，知道宇宙運行之道以及紅塵事理邏輯
，即使沒有「戒律」，在行住坐臥間的起心動念、舉手投足，自然符合規矩。因為沒有被
迫或壓抑，故而滿心歡喜地做人處事，毫不勉強。在氣定神閒下表現從容自在的氣度和風
範。
宜蘭的孑輝年紀輕輕，深知「改變」的重要性，在母親的循循善誘下進入超碼系統的軌道
實修，體驗了諸多境轉的喜悅。孑輝為自己選擇了一條正路。如同太陽盛德導師在《因為
有太陽》書中提醒，自己一定要有「需要改變、願意改變」的認知，才會下定決心勇猛精
進修行，不退縮也不自滿，持續不斷在生活中改善提升。
