每週六上午練習太極拳的同學們有許多是佛弟子或對佛法親近之人，還有當初邀請董師父
來傳授太極拳的出家法師，雖然功夫層級不同，基本上都有修行的底子，對於董師傅傳授
的太極心法都能心領神會。以媛喜歡將太極心法和太陽盛德導師傳授的超碼心法對照，雖
然切入角度不同，均與天地真理兩相呼應，相輔相成。覺得自己好幸運，今生得以遇到超
碼系統和鄭曼青太極三七式的干門傳承。有了好的法，只有靠自己的每日勤練，心領神會
、參悟空了才會是自己的。
這樣的體會剛好和今天的《生命之光》內容非常相應。文中提醒自以為聰明的「投機取巧
」，容易誤入歧途。導師要求超碼人做好為人應盡的本分，作合於天道的正確的、利益眾
生的事情，廣儲德資糧。隨時做好準備，未雨綢繆了就不必畏懼負能量來討報。以媛最近
因為辦公室工作繁重，有時吃掉了超碼日的時間，而感覺超碼功課及各種緊鑼密鼓接連上
演的「添光之約」、「黃金尋寶祕笈」及其他微學習課程，會有跟不上進度的嘆息。即使
沒有三天打魚兩天曬網的投機取巧心態，沒能取得環環相扣的緊湊感，也會造成掉失能量
，做起事情效率很差的的現象。如何營造善性循環是以媛近來念茲在茲的課題，勢必要走
出一條可行之路，
06/07「太陽靈驗運法」第29輪38日
1. 感恩大姑雖然右手不方便，應女兒要求想去她家吃頓營養均衡豐盛的晚餐，還是勉
為其難地做了一桌子菜，以媛只在旁邊打下手而以。每次都是先生一早去買菜，送到大姑
家，以媛下午去幫忙洗切，大姑掌杓，女兒飯後洗碗，就這樣分工也就能有週六相聚晚餐
的「儀式」，收攏家族成員的心，了解大家的近況。
2. 感恩太極拳同學今天對於以媛說「怕每天瞎忙」的話，馬上說了：功不唐捐。鼓勵
以媛利用時間做任何好事，當初感覺不明顯，日子久了就會一點一滴累積德性。因為在因
果律下，凡走過必留下痕跡，我們為自己負責，也承受所有的結果。
