今天聽到一則「笑話」，在萬里金山附近的諸多「福德宮」大多均由地方鄉紳捐獻興建。
但當地里長反應鄉里間有許多中輟生，因為家庭的各種原因，沒有上學。有淡江大學的師
生很熱心想要進行社區服務，和里長商討協助中輟生回歸學習，結論是籌措20萬元支應各
種可能的花費。
以媛老闆在一個有福德宮管理委員們在場的餐會中聽到此事，認為很有意義，願意慷慨解
囊來補足籌措後的不足之數，讓活動早日開辦。一問才知道經過一段時間的募款僅募得
1000元，老闆話已出口，只好當場承諾捐款20萬元，因此而贏得萬里鄉紳們的推崇，頓時
老闆成了萬里地區的大善人。
在此一事例不難看出，地方宮廟的設立與否，和當地民眾真正的生活福祉沒有很大關聯。
宮廟的管委會不會因為力圖避免並改善年輕學子中輟學習的社會問題，動用信眾捐獻的香
火錢去澤被鄉里，改善風氣。鄉紳們經濟富裕、生活無虞，每天「管理」神和人之間的事
，卻無視於為中輟生學習募款的需要，這就是目前社會的現實情況。希望太陽盛德導師要
求皈依於導師門下的各地宮廟神明，積極依天行道，彰顯因緣果報天律的真實不虛，治惡
揚善，期能改變人心與社會風氣的訓誡，能夠逐漸起到作用。
