生活不會經常有大事發生，多數時間都在重複日常的作息，接觸幾乎相同的人事物。但是
親子、夫妻、同事、長官部屬、同學、師生等等這些最常接觸的人際關係，因為當時個人
的意念和情緒變化的些微差異，產生的言談內容或行為態度就有可能引起對方喜怒哀樂的
不同反應，因而成為日後可能的因果事由。
以媛發覺平淡生活因為沒有太多的外境挑戰，是充實、培養、鍛鍊自己身心的最好時機，
就在日常人事物的些微變化中做細修去因應和調整。當有「不同於平常」的人事物出現在
生活中，往往就是考驗修為的時候。快樂或痛苦都在考驗我們的身心靈反應，處理不當時

見真章。
