今天是2月28日國定假日，以媛一早如平常日做完早課、瑜珈出門上班，完全沒有想到放
假這檔事。結果一路上風和日麗、交通順暢。南港軟體園區鳥叫蟲鳴，寂無人聲，還驚喜
見到許多樹枝長出嫩綠新葉，生意盎然，好不可愛。當詢問警衛確認放假，還是決定去到
辦公室，上午專注於整理公事上的文件，下午則準備「科技人沙龍」的直播內容，心無旁
鶩，效率一級棒，晚上還去保養頭皮，過了充實的一天。
以媛免不了仍然反省了一下，明明是放假日不用上班，為何頭腦裡沒有一絲念頭以至於完
全忽略?除了粗心以外，以媛知道是被兩種「慣性」驅使，一為週三是上班日，必須在這
一天完成許多公事上的工作，彌補前後兩天超碼日可能耽誤的事情。第二為修行無假期，
以媛將工作視為修行的一部分，在規律的作息中去做該做的事情。以媛發覺即使每天生活
時程安排看來千篇一律，但其中內容有諸多變化和挑戰，仍然要求彈性和創新，使得在穩
定中求變化，平淡中有趣味。今天放假卻去「上班」，也算一種無意中造成的變化吧。重
點是把想做的、該做的完成了，也是一種奪標囉。
02/28「太陽靈驗轉運法」第19輪第11天
1. 長久以來從未在意過頭皮的保養，但最近一段時間頭皮經常發癢，而且掉髮很多。
看中醫調理後掉髮現象改善，但發癢依舊。熟識的美髮師聽到以媛的困擾後，用一種特殊
儀器顯微掃描頭皮，發掘許多紅塊，甚至有抓傷的血塊。可能是睡眠不足或其他壓力形成
頭皮過敏、毛囊阻塞等等問題。天底下沒有解決不了的問題，感恩有美髮師協助護理頭皮
，相信一段時間保養後，可以徹底改善。
