下午出門發結緣書，在路上分別巧遇兩位過去同事，和他們各自談了一下，了解近況，發
覺兩人的際遇截然不同。前者是女同事，過去幾年不曾碰面，她很欣喜遇到以媛，認為是
天地安排絕非偶然，歡喜接受給她的兩份結緣書，夫妻倆各一份，外加《千年之約(二)》
，答應會仔細閱讀後再聯繫。從頭到尾都是笑嘻嘻地輕聲細語，與之對話非常舒服。她很
好奇以媛為何要在「超級生命密碼系統」做身心靈修行，告知她因為想追求人生意義，把
一些壞毛病、執念、習氣去除。超碼結緣書及太陽盛德導師名號都曾聽聞，但從未真正拿
起來看過。第二次遇到此一機緣，或許時機成熟了而願聞其詳。
第二位男同事是道地的「科技人」和老菸槍，也潛心學習佛法，因此對於以媛過去轉介給
他的太陽盛德導師叢書和年度大型活動，沒有積極回應。今天碰面發覺他並不快樂，牢騷
滿腹，對某幾位長官和同事抱怨連連，沒有「修行人」的氣質和素養。他說雖在看佛經，
但尚未明佛理。以媛告知在超碼系統「學道之前先學做人」，讓生活過得有幸福感，用正
能量驅動自己面對各種境象，淡定而適當地處理，不會橫生枝節，樹敵無數。可惜他仍然
卡在自己的執念中，陷在自己過去一二年在辦公室造成的各種人事傾軋現象的泥濘中，難
以自拔。
這讓以媛特別提醒檢視自己有無這位男同事展現的態度和習氣。過去因為研究單位的職場
環境較為單純，大家按部就班表現工作績效求得升遷，基本上相安無事。現在因為政治力
介入研究機構，使得環境相較從前複雜許多，人際間相處增加了猜忌和惡性競爭。以媛發
覺在這種大環境惡化的狀態下，人要自保甚至仍能脫穎而出，就必須調整自己。並非逢迎
拍馬或加入某個小圈圈，而是穩住自己，守住基本盤的專業能力，不卑不亢，身段柔軟而
有原則。當最高長官要求績效時，有真功夫的專家自會脫穎而出。可惜過去許多同事在渾
水中亂了套，最後動則得咎，處處碰壁，心灰意冷，非常不快樂。這是典型的「心」影響
「能量場」，又導致「幸福指數」高低變化的連鎖效應。

1. 很感恩今天和兩位過去同事的相遇經驗，讓以媛見識到「心」、「能量場」和「幸
福指數」之間三者連動的關係。幸福生活的殺手鐧是「抱怨」，連帶引發口無遮攔、生氣
、抬槓、牢騷等等影響人際關係的負能量。男同事的狀態以媛引以為戒。
