春節連假的第一天就在滴答中過完了，回想一天做過的事情都是所謂的家事，因為有過年
的督促，將平日不會清掃到的角落翻開來徹底整頓，丟了不少當時不能割捨，但已經幾年
沒動過的東西，最終還是放掉。角落淨空後，心情也似乎輕鬆許多。
看到一則短文提到「調和」的概念，例如人際調和等，看來簡單，實則做起來很難到達「
你濃我濃」的境界。夏天常喝的木瓜牛乳，如果只是將木瓜切丁後放入牛奶中，最多可調
製為一盅上面飄著木瓜的牛奶，做不出木瓜與牛奶融為一體的樣子。但如果用果汁機在牛
乳中打碎木瓜，就可以做出一盅濃稠可口的木瓜牛奶。究其原因在於先破壞了木瓜的組織
，才有機會和牛乳融合。人際溝通似乎也總是有一方願意放掉一些堅持，接受對方的觀點
後，再做一些調和，才容易達成共識。這種進退、消長的拿捏應該是調和的重點和智慧吧

1. 只有今天放假了才有空整理家裡，做些斷捨離的工作，清出許多過期的零食，用不
到的瓶、罐和盒子，使得先生昨天才清空的垃圾分類袋子，一下子又裝滿了。感恩先生很
有耐心地再度協助以媛清除，也算小有一些成果。
