今天蔡禮旭老師《細講弟子規》提到，他因為欣賞一位讀聖賢書又在傳播聖賢教育的年輕
人，做了許多讚美；後來因為看到對方一些不甚恰當之處而給予溫和的規勸時，對方卻展
現出不悅的神情，使得老師不得不中斷後面的規勸，以便維持和諧的關係。
最近安排一位求職者面談，在初步溝通中就針對其專業和經驗，說了一些讚美之詞，表現
出想要見面的意願。對方連續兩次因為一些理由變更時間，這讓以媛對其態度產生質疑。
聽了蔡老師的內容，以媛突然醒悟，不該在不瞭解對方，甚至未見過面的狀況下，就依據
一些求職平台的資訊給予好的評價。也因為不清楚對方的人格特質、氣質與談吐，這些好
的評價可能是溢美之詞，而會讓對方對以媛產生輕率之感；就算未來有緣共事，也可能造
成領導溝通上的障礙。「聞過怒 聞譽樂 損友來 益友卻；聞譽恐 聞過欣 直諒士 漸相親
」，這兩段話充分說明一般人傾向有前者的表現，後者才是經過自覺和鍛鍊，陶冶而來的
修養。
