需要和同事共同戮力完成一波波發電機產品的持續精進，電廠興建工期的準時掌控，以及
國內外訂單的開拓和資金挹注的到位。這對只有少數精兵的中小企業而言，幾乎是不可能
的任務，過去幾年完全仰賴於老闆日以繼夜的焚膏繼晷，研發夥伴和供應商受到感召予以
貴人相助，最最感恩的是持續不斷地得到上天的祝福，總在最困難時給予靈感而克服技術
瓶頸。
以媛深知在超碼系統中修行而逐漸累積的情緒控制力度，對於事理貫通所需的智慧，和人
際相處需要的潤滑修養的確均有所長進，這也成為處理公司事務的有力支撐，此完全得利
於每天點滴的成長。如太陽盛德導師所言，持續不斷地盡心做、努力做自己該做的事，反
