stress, boots immune system, boots mood, reduces pain, lowers blood pressure,
strengthens relationships, increases positivity, lowering heart rate, increases
confidence, and so on. So we have to keep smiling as much as possible, even a
fake smile can bring positive benefits. Why not try to smile more in your life?
Rather than choosing to live life in sadness, it's better to choose to live
happily. I admit that life is full of unpleasant things, troubles and frustra-
tions often attract our attention, and we spend a lot of unneccessary time and
energy on it. I think that if we could spend more time on things that bring us
happiness and joy, then happiness will be closer and closer to us.
There are many ways to keep smiling, we can provide some suggestions here:
(1) Think happy thoughts as often as possible: Although we have a lot of bad
memories, but we also have a lot of happy memories. Put our attention on these
happy things. Even a small thing, it can also give us the energy to smile.
Try to record the happy things you encounter every day, and review it often.
The next time you feel depressed or sad, you can look back on these happy
memories more.
(2) Take breaks: Too much stress and busyness can make us feel anxious and
uncomfortable, they cause us to forget how to smile. So we need to take a
proper rest and don't push ourselves to the point of desperation.
Slow down the pace of life, and enjoy the life more, then you'll find more
smile on your face.
(3) Look in the mirror often and talk to yourself: We often neglect ourselves
because we are busy, if you dress up often, then you will natually look yours-
elf in the mirror often. Looking in the mirror can not only pay attention to
your clothing and appearance, but also bring you confidence and smile.
Do you often smile at yourself in the mirror? Thoese who often smile at them-
selves are happy people.
