人總是要隨著一些生活中的變數，做活動時間的調整，一旦調整了並且盡力去做，就不要
瞻前顧後，讓心情七上八下。當事情完成了反而有一點成就感，知道自己可以因應變化，
完成任務。這是目前以媛心情的寫照，因為剛剛完成原本慣例在週四晚間「科技人沙龍」
的直播，是在週三辦公室最忙的時間，下午還帶大哥回診。但是一旦設定了「必成」，就
可以定心規劃相關事宜，一樣一樣去做，也就適時完成了。這應該是「奪標」的其中一種
心理素質和執行的態度吧。
無意中看到曾仕強教授臨終前公開錄製的一段視頻，非常感動。曾老坐在床上，背後牆壁
的一幅字寫著：「中華文化源於易而成於孝 為孝道而跑 人人都有責任。」曾老說在人生
最後階段感到安慰的是，兒女都在旁邊「陪伴」，以一種安靜、沉定的心情耐著性子陪侍
在旁，沒有緊張、喧鬧、過度關切，只是將心比心地和父親一同面對死亡。「陪伴」是一
種設身處地「將心比心」的心態，適用於父母陪子女學習，子女陪父母養病等等，幾乎所
有的人際相處情境，均可以適用。沒有勉強、壓迫、不悅，心甘情願，雙方都很舒服。以
媛領悟到，這就是真愛的表現，適時、適度給予對方需要，且樂於接受。
