今天《生命之光》提到除了每天做「心法潛修步驟一二三」之外還需要參加「圓滿人生菁
英會」，和其他學員一起共振，可以觸動心靈深處，大家相觀而善，才能加成效果。以媛
過去在學佛期間喜歡「獨修」，看經、抄經、行經。當時不能體會叢林眾修的「共振」效
果，很少參加大眾法會，避免人多是非，擾亂心境。現在參與「超級生命密碼系統」學習
，在太陽盛德導師睿智的善導及蔡禮旭老師《細講弟子規》薰陶下，超碼人的風範不同於
一般宗教或修行團體，總是樂於助人、成人之美、不講小話，以愛與感恩及祝福為做人的
信條，在菁英會及其他各種大眾學習的課程或活動中，總給人如沐春風的感覺，學習共振
的氛圍令人流連忘返。
超碼系統的「結果論」概念讓學員得以隨時檢視自己的學習進度和效果，是個非常現實有
用的工具，以媛經常據以知道要改善的不足之處為何。《怡然富足最吉運》有關於「能量
公式」能量=功率*時間=作用力*距離*時間的算式，給了以媛一份功課，得要好好檢討並
記錄平日對於練習和實作各種功課和行願時，自己身心靈三方面的施力狀態和運行路徑，
以及時間分配與掌握狀況究竟如何?其實內心知道還有許多不到位之處，沒有紀錄就很模
糊，也難以追蹤有無改善。這是以媛給自己的功課，需要加把勁。

1. 大姑上週有疑似新冠感染現象，雖然狀況好轉且驗測為一槓，但體力仍差。感恩女
兒體恤買了小火鍋和披薩來吃
