在紅塵中修行隨時會遇到挑戰，諸多計劃之外的突來之事考驗自己的承受力、耐壓性、沉
著性，以及隨順變化的彈性，最後完成原計畫內容的百分比就成為「奪標」的成績單。
原就設定今天要完成許多事情，除了每天必做的心法日課和瑜珈拉筋外，也是發書日，同
時約了學妹了解她參加10/1奪標課及後來奪標加強版的共修課的心得感想。後面兩件事情
都需要時間，也是以媛期待想做的事情。另外也必須將準備明天給日本重要訪客「綠能發
電政策建言」的文件撰稿列入工作之一，這也是絞盡腦汁的一件事，勉強擠入已經滿載的
時程中。沒想到先生湊熱鬧，買回一大包地瓜葉，希望以媛炒一盤青菜。偏偏撿菜非常花
時間，因為難得在家做菜，也就耐著性子撿菜、洗菜，同時聽著蔡禮旭老師的《細講弟子
規》，事後跟先生說，等下午約會和發書完成後再回家炒菜，也就皆大歡喜了。
出門前已經將給日本的文件初稿完成，交給老闆核稿，傍晚開始來回校稿修改前後五版，
時間就在滴答間溜走。內心盤算著尚未完成的事項，告訴自己仍要靜下心來，一件一件做
，可以較為精簡，但必須完成。這樣一下決心，也就讓自己充了電，將士用命，不負期待
，順利達標。
10/17「太陽靈驗轉運法」第16輪第35天
1. 感恩學妹應約和以媛碰面，告知完全可以接受太陽盛德導師在「奪標」課程的論述
和心法，但目前無法停止正在學習的諸多佛法的論述。以媛知道她仍以「旁觀者」角度看
待超碼的紅塵修行，及她想要追求的靈性超脫的區隔。也知道暫時無法讓她現階段選邊站
，因此鼓勵再次細讀《超級生命密碼》到第七章，盡快可以練習「心法潛修步驟一二三」
，改善她目前遇到的紅塵問題。學妹欣然同意，以媛給她最大的祝福。
2. 下午在中山北路大同公司附近發結緣書，非常順利。遇到幾位年輕人對於《奪標》
小冊特感興趣，以媛和他們互留Line，期望繼續聯繫結，下超碼善因緣。
