一週行程
This week I arranged somethings to do:
(1) Spend three nights in practicing AutoCAD, but cancelled.
Because I changed the projects.
I only practiced that at Monday.
(2) Read one book and write a book report.
This week I read one book about improving memory skills.
And writed the reading report at Wednesday.
(3) To make up the notes about life. Actually, I spent most time in this one.
Recently I have many ideas about life and work, including job skills,
adjust my states, face pressure and relieve stress, and so on.
Finally I writed these notes by hand, because I often distract my
attention when I use the computer.
Although it takes longer time, but slow progress is better than
no progress.

工作衝突
In these days, I have a heavy workload at work, and too much pressures make me
impatient. I have some complaints about additional workload:
Some simple tasks are lower technical, but boss prefers to assign me to
do these things but not the others.
Sometimes I have been puzzled, why not put the right people on the right
things? It just wastes time. We need to spend time on the right stuff.
Recently, I am a little impolite to others, I don't like to throw a tantrum.
Although I apologized immediately, but I can't show off my feelings.
It's really depressing to me.

偷時間
I have increased my efficiency at work and life in these weeks,
thanks to the common skills: "最佳解" and "內自省".
The goal of reading is to put what you have learned into pratice.
I really learn a lot from many books.
We can combine two things into one, or change the order of tasks,
delete the unimportant things when you have no time.
The important thing is paying attention on doing one thing.
In fact, our works were usually interrupted by the others or accidents,
they may cause distractions and faults.
In my job, I have usually been disturbed when I focus on my works.
To avoid unnecessary interference, I'd rather not to be officious.
Hmm... Keep it up myself. Good night!
